Tim Hall Sr, AAS, is an experienced IAAO instructor who is passionate about sharing his knowledge and expertise in the field of property appraisal and assessment practices. With a background in real estate and real property appraisal, Tim is committed to providing engaging and informative workshops and courses to professionals and enthusiasts in the industry. His dedication to excellence and continuous learning drives his mission to deliver top-notch educational experiences.

Tim graduated from Tuskegee University with a B.S. in Accounting. Also, he holds a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry. Currently, he is a commercial property evaluation analyst and supervisor with the Mobile County Revenue Commission in Alabama along the Gulf Coast. In addition, he serves at as an IAAO Executive Board Member for Region 2 as well as actively serving on multiple task forces throughout the organization.

At home, Tim is the grandfather of two of the best granddaughters in the world, husband to his beautiful wife of 37 years, has three grown children, serves as Assistant Pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church and leads a weekly Bible study.
